REFUNDS: We are committed to producing the highest quality, best-tasting product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we want to know. Despite us consistently aiming for perfection, sometimes mistakes may happen. Although we don’t accept returns, our refund process is as follows: Provide us with a picture of the shipment you received, if there are missing juices, the shipment is damaged or you received the wrong order we will need documentation to process the refund or schedule another reshipment. We will gladly replace the product at no cost to you if we are at fault. Please note, all refund or exchange requests will need to be submitted within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
FRESHNESS GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with the taste of the juices purchased, you will need to get in contact with us no later than 3 days of receiving your order with detailed information on why you were not satisfied with our product. We will review your feedback but this will not guarantee a full refund. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, this needs to be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Any communication after 24 hours and we wont be able to guarantee you a cancellation or refund.
